Hi thanks for the question. What aerosols are in interested in? There are various types. Examples of natural aerosols are fog, mist, dust, and geyser steam. Examples of anthropogenic aerosols are particulate air pollutants (such as smoke, fumes, soot, and other combustion byproducts, but also natural particles such as windblown dust, sea salt, pollen, and spores). Also in general conversation, aerosol may refer to an aerosol spray that delivers a consumer product from a can or similar container (such as hair spray). Yes, we can. Can you think of possible meshes that one can find at home or the hardware store? how small would the holes in the mesh need to be?
